At BuyRugsCheap, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the details below.

Return Window

30-Day Return Window: Customers may return rugs within 30 days of the original shipment date.
After 30 Days: Returns requested after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the rug is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We can provide a return label at a discounted rate; the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
Customers may also use their own carrier, but must provide us with the tracking number for each item returned.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned rugs must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.
Rugs must be returned in the same packaging style in which they were received (rolled and wrapped).
Failure to return items in proper condition may affect refund eligibility.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at info@buyrugscheap.com with:

Your order number
The name on the order
The email address used to place the order
The reason for the return

Once received, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and, if requested, a return shipping label.

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of each package being returned.

Missing or unclear RANs may cause delays or result in a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned rug arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
Return label costs (if using our label) and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your rug arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For defective/damaged returns, BuyRugsCheap covers return shipping and no restocking fee applies.
